Response Times

We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, though most general enquiries are answered much sooner. During peak trading periods or special releases, replies may take up to 48 hours, but we always prioritise customer communication.

Quick questions sent via social media or our contact form are usually answered the same day. For detailed enquiries such as collection valuations, grading submissions, or trade offers, we'll provide a detailed response within one to two working days.

Availability

Our team is available to respond to enquiries Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (UK time). We monitor messages outside of these hours, but replies are typically sent during our standard business times.
